Walnut beach in ashtabula ohio once had a nature preserve trail that went out by the breakwall. The trail is now posted No trespassing by aqua. If they do own this property its a small sliver of it and its a very sad thing to see people cut off because of a greedy company. Its been a beautiful spot for families to enjoy and fish for years.

Called them on Tuesday because of a water line break in front of my drive way, here it is Friday and still no one to fix it , called them and they said next week ,my front yard is full of water ,worthless company
I called to get my water turned on. I've never had water in my name so this should be simple. They tell me e mail my lease and 2 forms of I D. After 4 days of no updates they tell me they did not recieve it even though it was clearly sent, I personally sent it. Now fax everything so my landlord faxed the lease I faxed my 2 forms of I D. By now it's friday they are not open on weekends so monday comes I call all excited we will finally have water. No we will not because 2 years ago I was authorized on my ex husbands account to make a payment. Now I have 2 choices pay his past due bill or find him and \make him pay it\. Im told by Aqua. Who calls the utility companies and tells them they r moving out of a home when the utilities are not in their name?
Turn your water off real quick even though you made a payment but want you to pay triple the bill to get it turned that day
This water company is ridiculous there expection process is really crazy they make contractors waste their time I am a sewer water contractor in there Jour striction they say it’s pretty ridiculous I don’t see how anybody works in their area
They'll turn your water off even with disabled children in the home then you call and pay the full amount and wont turn it back on till tomorrow when ever they want to turn it on witch means in the afternoon when there getting ready to go home unless of course you wanna pay a 150 bucks for after hours turn on even when you pay the bill at 1:45 pm didnt know they were closed that early worthless company if I pay for a service then I want my service then not tomorrow afternoon
