Reference BBB Complaint ID: #14496599 submitted 26 Jun 20. This took 7mos and the BBB suspending his accreditation for him to finally honor his commitment. If you dont want the sanctity of your loved one's memorial services destroyed, do not patronize CZUP Funeral home.

Mike was very kind and caring with my mom at my father’s passing. In a very conversational way he got the information he needed to do his job, while allowing my mom to reminisce. He got every detail correct. Top notch in every way.
Very unorganized, even managed to lose my sisters personal effects and, 4 months later, still nothing. Lost the guest book as well. Doesn’t return phone calls either. I would not recommend.
Mike CZUP is a real human being in a difficult profession he listened to me at a time when I know I was not making any sense.His compassion for me and my family was top notch. He knew going I that I was going to have a hard time paying him but he didn't care he went ahead with the services and treated me like a millionaire thanks Mike you are number one
