Because they are so slow you always have to wait a long time when you go there they only have one window open at a time when there is 10 people sitting there when ever they are busy I don't see y they can't just open up another window and get people in and out faster
I called 3xs and had to hear this 3 min tutorial just to be told there was no one there that could help me and to call back !!!! Really. What kind of administration is this?? No one can help me ? Are you kidding ? I'm furious
I was was there on 2/12/16. The gentleman that took care of my case was courteous and very professional.
