Had the Opportunity to have dinner with my son over Christmas holidays. From start through dessert was a gastronomical treat. I cannot think of a negative thing to post. The waitstaff were what you expect at upscale place; knowledgeable and attentive, but not overbearing. 7908 is a great atmosphere for gathering of friends and loved ones.

I just for the first time to have dinner and I was impressed with the quality of service, the staff was super friendly and kind, they recommend us lots of weird and funny cocktails in a good way, the food was spectacular, the octopus was my favorite by far and also a dessert that I don't remember the name. But overly I love my experience, even the chef came out to talk with us.

You dont expect cheap food in Aspen but you also expect superior food quality which did not happen here. Place is nice and probably ambience is better before Covid times. Food quality has to be improved, mediocre at best.

We had a long day of biking the Rio Grande trail so we weren’t in the mood for a decadent dinner. We’ve heard this is the place for that. We were just going to grab a drink and desert. My wife loves chocolate, so we ordered the ménage. It was great. We also had an espresso martini each. My wife didn’t like the strong coffee flavor. I drank them both. The server Mitch said this is the only restaurant in Aspen that has the equipment to infuse that drink with the nitrogen it takes to pull it off. It was also cool to see the unique food and drink items that other people ordered. Must visit when in Aspen. Trip advisor ranked this restaurant 59th. Their algorithm missed the mark on this.
