It is the start of this job and we are very disappointed. We contracted with Aspen in May, paid a deposit and we were given a mid August start date. We were then told job would start Monday (8/26)/Tuesday (8/27). I took time from work and despite reaching out to salesperson Ryan Brady to confirm dates only one (1) employee shows up Wednesday 8/28.... I certainly hope things turn around quickly. I am not happy with the lack of communication and the delays, particularly when we were in queue early and paid a very sizable deposit. Let's hope they get in gear and live up to the other reviews and promised experience. I will revise review upon completion of job.
I could not have been more impressed by Aspen. Ryan came out and did an amazingly thorough, inspection of our roof. He spend 45 minutes on our roof inspecting and then based his recommendations on his observations. Wow! I obtained 2 other quotes and one of them didn't even get on our roof, just gave me a quote. The job was done in three days and the price was much more reasonable than I expected. I am willing to pay for quality, but I found I received a very reasonable price. My roof looks amazing! This winter I called Ryan Brady, VP, Aspen, to assess a small leak at the edge of the roof. He responded promptly and gave me a detailed assessment and very fair quote. I paid the deposit and repairs were scheduled within the week. I could not be more pleased with their excellent workmanship and responsiveness.
After getting a few bids we decided to go with Aspen Roofing. They have done many roofs in my family for many years with my family being very happy with their work. We had to do a complete tear off and new roof. The team is very professional and would clean up every night and sweep a large magnet looking for nails. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof, Thank you Aspen roofing!
What a great experience. They were fast and the roof turned out beautifully. Aspen did my parents roof 15 years ago. When we sold the house, the inspector told us it was one of the best roof he had seen (and it was 15 years old). I highly recommend Aspen Roofing!
