As with most HOA managers, they non responsive and have no soul. Money hungry to levy fees with no mercy. Not sure how this happens, but seems we are held hostage in our own neighborhoods by the very HOA managers that we employ. I will certainly remember this when I vote for new board members, as for now, the management company takes the blame.

Our community has used AAM for over 13 years and I have served on our HOA Board of Directors since its inception. They have been a great management company and the property managers assigned to represent us have alway been top notch. In 13 years, we have only had 3 different managers, so continuity of service is a major plus. Our property managers have been extremely responsive to our needs and have provided service above and beyond their contract requirements. They have helped us control our costs, seek out and find high quality vendors for our landscape and other needs, and maintain our property to high standards. I highly recommend their services.

We are in Avance community, Phoenix. Our HOA manager is Austin Palmer. We had requested for 2 things 1) landscaping approval - as per policy it takes 30 days. But it took less time. As we got got it done ourselves without landscaper, Austin was very responsive with our phone calls and explained correctly what was needed for the paper work and design. 2) Car tags for gate openers - we needed 2 gate tags. Per our request, Austin as a courtesy sent it sales office to collect it as I did not want to pay for the expensive postage fee. He was very Professional.

Greetings from Avance Community by Tri Pointe Homes in Phoenix, Arizona. We love living in this new community at the base of South Mountain. We especially love the community amenities and great forethought in the design of the neighborhoods. Thank goodness we have an HOA manager, Austin Palmer, and his staff who care about maintaining high community standards while still caring for the feelings of home owners. We look forward to many enjoyable years to come.

Have volunteered with the ARPIII HOA for over 10 years. Can't say enough about our property manager Sherry Welchlin and her team. Sherry knows our community inside out, forwards and backwards. She listens to our Board and goes above and beyond almost daily. Our reserve fund is in excellent shape, our dues are comparatively low, our community is kept in top notch updated condition, vandalism is handled promptly and this is all done very professionally with a smile and kind words. Days, nights or weekends you know you can depend on our management team. Included photo from 2014 flood, where city berm broke and flooded our 1,702 homeowner HOA, raising water levels 8 feet, blowing off manhole covers, downing trees and Sherry was there knee deep in water with me. Thank you just doesn't quite cover it.
