My right front tire blew out. It bent the tie rod. USAA recommended your shop, Associated Collision, for repair. They were able to take it right away. They kept me informed of the progress; and even though New Year's Day and the week-end occurred that week, I had it back the following Tuesday. It was clean inside and had been washed and runs very nicely. The people at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. They were very accommodating, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend Associated Collision, on Thousand Oaks, to others!

This place should be shut down. Straight up mess. Disorganized. Failed to call on status of car. I am very disappointed in this company. If your insurance gives you the option, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
