I had a very successful series of surgeries with Dr. Ruggerio. Part of the surgery required a drain. I spent the entire weekend worried that the drain's removal would be delayed due to the office being closed for snow. I was REALLY thankful for staff coming in on a tough snow day to honor their appointments (couldn't stand to have the drain for another two days potentially). Thank you, Dr. Ruggerio and support staff!

Had thyroid cancer and was operated on March 30, 2020. After the surgery, I was sent home. The office called to make sure that I was ok. I highly recommend Dr. Malone.

I would give 0 stars if I could. These guys are con artists, plain and simple. Rather than give you all the information in one visit they try to scam you into coming in multiple times so they can bill you twice. When I called them out on this they were extremely rude and actually hung up on me. Also, reception never sent me a bill and then was extraordinarily rude to me on my next visit regarding my payment. Save your money and time, go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!

They have the absolute worst and horrible customer service in the Hershey office. The staff member at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable the entire visit. They tried to overcharge me and when I tried to address this with the lady at the front desk, her response was “I’m not arguing with you”, they never called in a prescription as they were supposed to do and they rushed my visit to get me out and I left unattended and questions unanswered. Extremely unprofessional and I warn anyone wanting to go here to stay far far away.
