ENT himself and audiologist I saw at AOP were very nice. Office staff is not helpful at all. A combination of numerous things made me hesitant to continue with my care with AOP and I decided to go elsewhere for my ENT needs.

I have been a patient of this practice to evaluate a mild hearing loss as well as taking my daughter to be seen for problems with ear pain/difficulty with flying related to that. We have been seen in the Camp Hill as well as the Hershey offices. All three of the appointments we had were handled in a timely manner. The audiologist as well as physician we saw (Dr. Fornadley) gave us excellent care. All procedures were explained and I was pleased with the health plan. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to others.

Was told I had no choice but to go to a facility they are not in network with because I had limited time to get a cat scan. That facility charged me a fee that I was not made aware of. When j called din and spoke with the office I was treated poorly by the referring staff member. Was given false informationa nd when I was told I wasn't being charged. double checked with the billing office to find out I was misinformed again and had I not called the account would have been forwarded to collections. Will not use this facility again.

Excellent providers! Two of my three children have been treated by multiple providers at this practice. The customer service is pristine and the doctors have a heart for every patient that walks in the door. I would recommend this ENT specialist over any other!
