Absolutely zero available parking. Only have 4 handicap spots for the whole building. I drove around for 40min trying to find a spot that wasn't across the street as I have a handicap placard and cannot walk the distance. Couldn't even get in for my appointment that I scheduled almost a month prior and now can't be rescheduled for over a month and a half. So frustrated!!!

After a terrible experience at Simon Med, I went to Valley Radiology. What a difference. Polite staff and I got scheduled the next afternoon for 2 tests. Upon check in, I didn't wait more than 3 minutes before being called. My next test was just minutes later. Everyone was nice and professional. What a change from the other place!

I have used this office for years. They are fast and assist you in getting in quickly. Always was in and out. Longest I ever waited was 10 minutes. Very friendly staff.

I was getting an MRI here and I was pretty nervous about it because I hate the sounds the MRI makes when you’re in there. I was treated very respectfully and they were very accommodating with giving me headphones to listen to music. There was no line when I was there so it was a short wait to check in and when I went to sit down, maybe only 5 minutes had passed and I was already called back. This was a much better experience than the two other times I’ve been here before where it was busier and therefore slower but everyone was really nice and made it more comfortable.

The hours state they are open until 7pm but if you get there at 6pm the X-ray techs have already left since 530pm. Those are the hours that should be stated on the website not the open until 7pm.
