Assurance Contractors put on my roof and gutters in 2019. They did a fantastic job and their service was wonderful. About 10 days ago a downspout came loose. I called Assurance and spoke to my representative, Chase, and he took care of it quickly. It was fixed within two days and no questions asked. They even made sure they fixed it before the snow storm. Assurance stands for A!

Chase Smith and his team at Assurance Contractors were an absolute pleasure to work with for our roof replacement due to a hail storm! Chase set expectations for the process and met every date for delivery, roof install, gutters subcontract, and inspection. He proactively communicated and always followed up. The team of roofers who did the install worked so hard removing and replacing the roof in 1 day! Many roofing companies solicited our neighborhood after the hail storm and it being our first year living here we had no idea which roof contractor to work with. Chase had left a flyer previously. A week later he happened to witness a package being taken from our porch and left his info to let us know which sold me on choosing Assurance because he was looking out for the greater good. They were also very patient waiting for our insurance to approve a supplement and Assurance would not send us the final invoice until we had received all payments from USAA.

They helped select new tiles, managed the insurance claims, and ensured we had a perfectly installed roof before our house went on the market. They made a stressful time less so by handling all of the details. Also, some of the best clean up I have seen for nails and the materials!
