I've been dropping my laundry off since I moved to the area in 2016. Even after I moved a 15 minute walk away, I'll still drop it off and pick it up on my way home from work. They're great, it's always ready the next day, they do dry cleaning too, and they always sort and fold everything. Totally worth it.

This place is amazing. Global pandemic or not, they're always so nice and helpful. I use the wash & fold service and it's always done in the same day. Love this place!
STAY AWAY!!!!!! THIS PLACE is a SCAM that needs to go out of business ASAP! I had the worst experience ever! They ruined my two expensive coats (damages worth over 1000) and they wouldn’t take any responsibility. They smashed all the buckles from my trench coat into pieces and torched/burned the leather sleeve of my wool coat. Simply a nightmare. They clearly have no clue what they are doing. The owner is never there. When I called to schedule a meeting to show what damage they caused me, she rudely responded “not happening”. Trying to avoid liability by any means. Didn’t suggest any compensation for the damages, not even the reimbursement of their dry cleaning fees. Not even an apology. What kind of customer assistance is that nowadays???? Definitely deserves a lawsuit and needs to be closed..
I’m going this place since they open. They are so kind and nice people for everytime. I’m very satisfied for their service.
