This is the best place to buy all my piping materials and they also have everything in stock not like other places. If they don’t have something they’ll make sure to find it for you. On time deliveries and definitely very friendly people. Customer service is also great. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks me.
Service is terrible. Especially Whose name is John. We asked him to give us gas pipe around 3ft but he ignored us and told us they don’t have. One of them who is working in other sides, he showed us the same size of gas pipe before. John, he needs to know how to treat his customers and I’m shocked how can they survived like this in the business. We also called him and told him to show the gas pipeline but ignored us and cut the phone call. It’s so disgusting. I recommend to all the peoples not to go there. One of my worst experiences.
I have been coming here for years and the customer service is atrocious. It is completely horrendous. The employees there have the nastiest attitudes and they have absolutely no regard. They are repulsive and disgraceful. It is a wonder that they are still in business with that personnel. Unfortunately, I could not give less than a star. Customer service is imperative and should be the number #1 priority in a business. Do better.
