Very professional, polite, and honest. They wore masks the entire time, as well as shoe covers. They were honest and upfront about the carpet cleaning. The equipment used was clean and do not have a chemical smell. It took less than an hour to clean our 2-piece sectional. Now my carpet looks clean and smells fresh! Look no further! Oriental Rug Repair is the best you can find. They were my knights in shining armor. We are an active duty military family which in itself requires a quick turn around but with Covid it made things have to move much faster than ormal\. A house we bought needed carpet cleaning badly prior to moving in. These guys went over and beyond in SEVERAL ways for us and cleaned the carpets miraculously!
