If there were an option of zero stars, that would have been my selection. It is possible I may update my rating however, for now it is a 1 star. I bid on and won a number of items from a recent auction. Two items were identical, although purchased for different prices. After driving 1.5 hours to a downtown location with terrible parking, I discovered the lead man of the crew distributing auction items had given away one of the identical items. He cared very little that this had happened and only offered to credit me for the item he had given away. Instead of crediting me for the more expensive of the two, he would only credit me for the cheaper of the two. He rudely gave me the number for his boss and told me to sort it out with him. I called his boss and he was more than happy to help. He told me he would credit me for both items I had purchased and to keep the one I received. The credit was for the hassle and having to deal with that issue. However, that's where things again go south. I have yet to be reimbursed at all and have not had my phone calls returned. So now I am out hundreds of dollars and only have had more hassles in dealing with them. I would highly caution anyone that plans to deal with this company.

Unfortunately I had to close my restaurant. Steve and his crew cleared out my whole place in 4 hours. Within a day the equipment was on the auction site and bidding began. The auction finished 70% higher than Steve had guessed, but clean equipment helps. Thanks for making a bad situation a little less stressful. Cheers!

At Your Bidding is a great source for used restaurant equipment. I really appreciate their attention to detail by providing multiple pictures. A great tip that they shared last time we were there is that you can call them with any requests for specific items. They may have it there already at a fair price.

Been buying from them for a while now.. always friendly and courteous. Help get items to the car and smiles evetytime. Auctions are run by the book... they state the rules and stick to them. I so enjoy doing business with these people.
