I have delivered many loads of corn here and the process is a little clunky but it works. The loading of distiller's grains really slows down the delivery process as there is only one scale and loading and unloading uses the same facility. You can get in and out in 20 minutes or 3 hours depending upon the line. Every employee I have interacted with was friendly and professional.
