I can't rate them 0 star's unfortunately. Trying to get thru to their technical support department is a nightmare. good luck getting them to respond to emails also. I'm paying for the gigabit internet and only getting 30MBPS. go figure and thanks for the terrible service...

I called to see if they could install the WiFi modem earlier than I was allowed to press online, the earliest date was 5 days after order. Beth picked up the phone and got me in for the next morning! Very pleasant expierence.
