I had an awesome time working with Monica. That is until the dog turned vicious and started biting me mere hours after I got home. While I can understand a no refund policy, that policy extends to no exchange as well, not even a day later. Now I feel I was sold a used car that made it off the lot and died. No refund, no exchange. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

We received excellent service from Monica. She showed us several puppies and let us choose one without judgment. We love our new black lab named Parker. From the time we brought him home he has been calm and very sweet. Thank you Monica and Athens Animal Shelter .
