Garrett Paving Company has been great to work with. We have worked with this company for over fifteen years, and we have always found them to be honest, friendly and reliable. They recently won the NAPA (National Asphalt Paving Association) award for Excellence in Asphalt Paving this year.
Well, I submitted the online request for an estimate and eventually received an email from Rick Garrett that said, \Location ?\ I overlooked the lack of professionalism and replied with my address. That was on July 26, and I still have not heard a word as of August 30. That is no way to do business. If you aren't interested in a job, or don't have the time, or whatever other excuse, you should either put up a \closed\ sign or explain it to potential customers. Also, I would never send a business email to anyone without correct grammar and punctuation, much less a single word posed as a question. That comes across as though I am bothering you by trying to hire you. Hmm..
Called and texted. No returned calls.
