Thank you so much for my washer!! 3 months and no issues. I've noticed there was alot of bad reviews about them but one thing you forget is that most people wont take the time to come on here and write how good of a service they recieved but if something bad happens they are quck to throw shade. Give them a chance. the staff is so helpful and kind. I will definetly purchase from them again.

I picked out a Whirlpool washer. She said that she had the dryer in storage. I expected a Whirlpool washer and a Whirlpool dryer. I received a Maytag washer and a Kenmore dryer. They just give you whatever they have and hope that you are okay with it. I paid 486 for the set. The delivery and installation was free. The men installed my washer and dryer in less than five minutes. I am hoping that both the washer and dryer atleast work okay. I will update this review in a few weeks. Just don’t expect to get what you pick out. ETA: the washer ended up needing a transmission replacement. They took the washer and told me they would bring the washer back. They brought back a Samsung washer.

I purchased a Samsung fridge 04/30/20, Asked that it be delivered 05/06. In the morning due to me working evenings they delivered it 05/07 around 11 a.m. and than they didn't have the screws nor all the handles it's now 07/29 I'm still waiting for the right side door handle and they came out 3 weeks ago to measure said they had one i haven't seen it yet filed a complaint with BBB. How long am I suppose to wait for a handle?

I bought front load washer/dryer in May. I've been trying since to get them to come and repair..they refuse. Warranty suppose to be 90dys. They have been blowing me off now for over 6wks. When u change the deal u don't get to keep my . I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Now I have to take them to court for my 600.
