Customer service is top notch! Katharine was beyond helpful and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

As a regular shopper and a smart woman, I absolutely adore this store. Yes, they may not be able to compete with the large stores in Atlanta because of their size, but the best thing is that I don't have to drive to Atlanta! Also, I enjoy supporting the local economy of downtown Athens. It's a wonderful community of friendly stores! The employees are terrific especially the manager. Always willing to go beyond my expectations. The twice yearly clearance sales are amazing too. The previous girl must've had a bad day.

It would be a wonderful store...online. Except online you could find the exact same clothes at a more competitive price. Which makes customer service the utmost important factor in deciding to shop here. Sadly, having grown up in Athens and visited on several occasions, too often I had to deal with either an aloof intentionally unhelpful sales associate or an associate who eye balled me the whole time. Thankfully downtown has more women clothing stores now so I’ll take my excessive shopping there.

I was in Athens for a football game and was taken aback by how helpful their staff was! Their store was full of customers, but they were still very attentive. I went home with several great pieces! I will definitely come back!

I recently went into their store and was asked and I quote “Are you looking for someone?” I couldn’t believe my ears. I told the retailer I was looking for clothes and she seemed shocked. I’m African American and I have experienced racism before but this was a new low. The retailers are very snobbish and act as if you are not welcome if you don’t look a certain way. I would give it zero stars if I could. The clothes are nice but no one with ideals like this should be supported in any way.
