Lisa was a wonderful tour guide. I don't want to say sales person because it wasn't like that at all. She showed us what was available so we had comparisons. She was so knowledge and even headed us in the right direction for the Veterans Aid I had been trying to get mother so 3 months. We are seriously considering Iris Place as Mother next home!

The place is well kept. Ask good questions before buying, like access to elevator (only one) and menu planning if you want to eat more than Southern cafeteria.

Used to be wonderful. Then Holiday bought them and everything went to hell. Chef quit. Said could not make meals with such a low budget. Very expensive. 4000 one bedroom. Been locked down since March even though Independent Living. Crazy amount of money for zero services.
