Friendly and welcoming staff who make you feel at home! Maintenance men are the best at what they do and super helpful. Several helpful disposals around the complex for canine waste makes it perfect for walks with your furry friends. Kind neighbors all around. It’s overall better than the last two apartments I lived in. Worth the price!

Don't move here, just don't. It's really bad & every single \good\ review on here has to be paid off, because there's NO WAY they actually lived in this apartment complex. We have had nothing but issues since we moved here over a year ago. From multiple ant infestations, to our A/C going out every 4 months (almost causing an electrical fire in our 3rd floor apt). No one cleans up after their dogs. There is trash & bugs coating the breezeways. This place is a rip off & will make you hate everyone, especially living here. Below are some lovely photos of what I get to look at everyday.

Awesome apartment community that is very close to everything in Athens! Mr. Johnny Giles has solved all of our maintenance requests so far and he is the best. He is very kind, courteous and really cares about helping you. He does an awesome job at solving the problem efficiently. Stephanie Partain has also been awesome and so helpful in the entire leasing process. She is very welcoming and cares about making sure you feel comfortable with your apartment.

When I started looking for a place to live, my dad and I came across Legacy Mills. We scheduled a tour and met with Amanda Lucas and we instantly bonded with her. Her knowledge and professionalism of Legacy made me want to live here even more. This was my first time applying and living on my own and she was so kind and amazing through the whole process. I had a million different questions and she was always there to answer them. She’s the best! If I did not have Amanda through this process I would probably still be searching for a place to live. She just made the whole moving process so much easier on me and I’m truly thankful for that Legacy has already felt like home and I’ve only been here a month! This community and the people here are so kind and nice.

Rent is very expensive. I'm not sure why because the place hasn't been renovated in a few years! The price keeps going up and people continue to pay it. They keep charging for pest control but roaches and ants are everywhere outside and inside. I had a huge ant problem but deemed my fault for having dog food near the air handler. So now ants come up to the 2nd floor for dog food.
