Two stars. One for offering curbside pick up. One for having the order ready as promised. But you know where else I can get this kind of service? Amazon. If brick and mortar stores want more business, their customer service is going to have to improve. Both on the phone and then in person a very unfriendly and grouchy employee brought out my supplies this morning and threw them in the back of my car.

Have always enjoyed shopping OD for school snd business needs. As of today, we’re being billed a third time for furniture that was 1.First time never shipped (but coded as damaged , returned in the system , huh?) 2. Second time,attempted delivery of someone else’s order , huh?) 3. Now saying I have to wait for them to find and receive the delivery back that was not mine, in order for them to locate and send my order, huh?? Meanwhile, I paid them on 12/10, in full. I’ll update if/when resolved.
I’m sorry but copy and print has not gotten any better. I ordered SAME DAY business card the day BEFORE and the order was incorrect and completely offset. I asked to have the re-printed because they were SAME DAY business cards, and I’m told that I can’t be guaranteed? I paid to have them GUARANTEED the day of, hence the same day purchase. Instead of making sure the customer was happy, Katie decided to be nonchalant with no sense of urgency whatsoever
This is the only office supply store in town. So sort of have to use it. If you want a sturdy bookcase, forget it. Guess that books are a thing of the past. Bookcases in this place are only good for knick-knacks, not for hardcovers.
ALWAYS COME HERE! For the past 2 weeks, I've been struggling trying to get my manual book printed, due to the woman on my working team not saving it correctly. This store and the staff constantly provided me with the most outrageously awesome service I have ever had ANYWHERE. The document issue was on my end, not theirs, and they repetitively continued to help me try to fix it. I went into the store 3 separate times, in which they tried everything they could to fix my documents, printed them out separate times to work with me, and brainstorm with me on how to fix it. I eventually redid my entire document and it came out OUTSTANDING. The three people who helped me specifically was Lilliah, Joshua, and Katie- thank you guys so much for all your help and patience with my issues. I will NEVER go to another other printing store again! If you want truly amazing service- go to the Athens Office Depot.
