I have been a customer of Prestige/ National parking for over 20 years and have had nothing but great experiences with them. From Jonathan to Mariah to Jake and others that have made parking on hectic football weekends a pleasant occasion. I highly recommend their parking lots and services to anyone wanting a safe secure parking lot in downtown Athens.

Absolutely terrible. I went to the lot at Pulaski and Hancock. The attendant, Roland, ignored me when I approaced to pay. He then proceeded to yell at me after I called the number to pay. He refused to be reasonable and kept talking over me even though I was trying to be polite. These people are a joke if I've ever seen one.

Thanks for ruining my day. A parking attendant should never ask about what underwear I’m wearing. That didn’t happen to me, but I hope it doesn’t happen in the future.

Will not be using their parking services again. Many people who pay for a spot in my lot, (my friends and myself included) have been booted multiple times because we did not put our parking permit on our dashboard for a few hours. There is no forgiveness or leniency in this policy, and they seem to check every single day. I am amazed that I can spend 185 per semester on a parking spot, and then be expected to pay 70 each time I forget to set my piece of paper on a dashboard. National could obviously give us sticker permits, or use our lisence plate information (which they have), but they seem to be very eager to earn money by booting us. I speak for myself and all of my friends who park here when I say that we will not be parking here ever again and will be advising EVERYONE else we know to do the same.

This is a joke of an organization who skates along the margins of ethics and legality. Prestige parking failed to put a sign in front of their parking lot, failed to have an attendant collect money for parking, but successfully towed my car without any explanation. The attendant who miraculously appeared once I returned, after an hour, refused to speak with me or give me his bosses number. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
