Saucehouse BBQ catered our wedding event on December 19, 2020. The service, the food, and the preparation were nothing short of absolutely amazing. There was not an option on the menu for exactly what we wanted but the catering team made it happen and it was perfect. The quality AND quantity of the food provided by Saucehouse BBQ was the talk of our wedding. We would 10/10 recommend this business for your catering needs. This is the most amazing mouth watering BbQ saucy foodie experience in the whole world!!! And the staff is excellant really make you feel welcomed and no rushing you out! The atmosphere is very inviting & I just loved being there rustic & cozy overlooking the fountain porch swing surrounded by trees! Ceiling fans made being outdoors really enjoyable. Gotta have their made from scratch mac & very cheese & the collard greens are as good as Mom's! So worth the 55 minute drive. This is the ultimate go to for BBQ its all about the sauce!
I had a recent, positive experience, with a take out order. I got pork, chicken and ribs. They were all delicious. I especially liked the chicken vs. other places I've gotten chicken. The meat was in larger chunks that I'd experienced elsewhere. The pork was good but the ribs were great. Our sides were excellent too. The slaw was decent, the potato salad was very good, and the green bean casserole was my favorite. I asked for and received containers of house sauce (mild but tasty) and the hot vinegar sauce (my favorite). I picked up in the middle of the PM so I had no problem with crowds or service. Overall, a very strong experience and I will definitely repeat it.
Brace yourselves LITERALLY!!! Barbecue is a big thing in the south and Saucehouse MADE IT A BIG DEAL!!! The first thing I noticed was the big slab of ribs. HUGE!!! Then, the seemingly infinite many sides. That dang potato salad makes you want to slap your momma. I believe I caught diabetes from eating the bread pudding. But I degress, the ribs were SEASONED AND SAUCED TO PERFECTION! However, I still wanted to taste the variety of sauces. The SWEET MOLASSES and HOUSE SAUCE could be drunk by the gallon. Charlie was extremely friendly in introducing us to Saucehouse. And MAMA put her foot in the food. What an out of the world experience!!!! This was a great taste of what Georgia is all about and not Georgia like GA Bulldogs, the state I'm referencing. #ROLLTIDE
