Would not recommend them. Customer service, transparency, and dealing with their drivers was horrible.
Ordered 2 yards at 9 am to be delivered at 3 pm. At 4 pm no concrete so I called and dispatcher said it may be another hour. At 5:30 pm no concrete so I call back and they have still not sent it out, it will be dark in 30 min so I tell him to schedule for in the morning, he informed me it would be after lunch because they have 400 yard to deliver. Maybe my 2 yards was not a priority but I was scheduled the day before and should have been put first in line, this pour was a public sidewalk that endangered pedestrians. I never got even one call from them to inform me they \ might\ not be able to deliver. Very poor customer service and they will never get another dime of my money. 6 man crew wasted 1/2 day and still no concrete. Alot of expenses on my end for a problem they had and was totally there problem. There are better companies with better customer standards out there, I advise finding another.
