I broke down in a major intersection late at night. My insurance set me up with this company. The original ETA was 2 hours. I figured since it was that late that 2 hours would be okay. I was literally 3 miles from my house. I got my wife and kids a ride home and waited. After over an hour of waiting and the police calling them to try to speed it up because of where I was at he finally called me. He said it would be another hour and flirty five minutes minimum and kept suggesting that I try someone else. I said that I didn’t have a choice and waited. I became so frustrated that I called another local to wing company that was there in less than 30 minutes and had me home in no time. I also tried to call the number and was put on hold for a very long time. Had to hang up. If you actually want help don’t use this towing company.

This is absolutely the worst company to use. Waited 2 hours for a no show and this company told my insurance company that the driver was here and hooking up the vehicle. I was with the vehicle the whole time and no one showed. What ever you do, do not use this company. Be better off strapping your vehicle to your back and carrying it home. I hope these people go out of business
My car broke down while I was driving and I contacted my insurance company about it. They sent Tittle’s Towing to help me. I called them as soon as I got off the phone with my insurance reps and they said the truck would be there in 90 minutes or less. After 90 minutes I called them back and then they said they’d have the driver contact me. I waited another 20 minutes and no call. I called them back they said the driver would be there in 20-30 minutes I waited and got tired of standing in the cold 20 degree weather and had a family member come pick me up. 20 minutes later when I got home I finally got a call from the driver he said he would be there in 1 hour because he was in winder. It’s been 6 hours and my car still has not been delivered to my house. I will not use this service again because the lack of communication was unprofessional of them and they just kept lying about when they would be there. I wrote this at 12 am last night it is not 8:30 am I called my insurance rep and they spoke to the company and said they tried to call me to confirm location. We never got any calls. Will NEVER use this service again. Rather walk home
The guys that towed my car was very nice they even played with my dogs didn't take long for them to get to me either on short notice I will be using them again if I ever need a tow thanks tittle towing
KELLY the \owners wife\ answerd the call she was very rude. When I first called I heard children in the background and men talking..like they were hanging out and not running a \business\ so I asked how long would it be for my car to get towed..mind you I had already been waiting an hour. (My ins. Set this tow up). She sd you have 13mins left on your ETA the driver will be in contact....an hour goes by..I call again..I tell them if they are to busy I can find another company to tow my vehicle...She then says \um ok!..he's 4mins from the dropping location\ and hangs up on me. The Driver was nice Lorenzo..I suggest he go to work for another company..seems to me these people don't know how to run a business nor know how to give customer service...I will let everyone know how poor of a business this is..that goes for my ins. As well
