I would like to commend Dr. Paul on the excellent care he gave my horse. Despite Bandit's less than stellar attitude, Dr. Paul was calm and patient on the two occasions he treated my horse. Dr. Paul was very clear in how I was to administer medications at home and also provided written instructions. His easy going manner and knowledge made me feel very comfortable and appreciative of the excellent care my horse received.

Absolutely hands down the best vet in central WI area. We have been taking our animals here for 10 years. Dr Taylor, Jan, Nicole and the staff at Athens Vet treat our animals as if they were their own. Reasonable pricing and very accommodating. I highly recommend this vet!

We brought our dog to Athens Veterinary Service for emergency surgery when our regular clinic couldn't find room in their schedule. Despite never having been a client, they made an effort to get Louis seen as soon as possible and performed surgery the same day that saved his life. When you aren't sure if the friend you're taking in the door will be walking out with you again, being met with that kind of kindness and competence means everything.
