Love living here. Really nice apartment the staff are fantastic from Lisa and Sheila in the office to Louis the repairman. Any complaints are and handled quickly and efficiently. Rent is more than fair for the area with a nice pool for the summer time.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now. It’s a great place to live and not far from campus. Mixed community with students and families but it’s pretty quiet around here. You should consider staying here!
Easy to find and great parking
Out of all the apartments that I rent in Athens, I can honestly say I love it here ! Quiet neighborhood, clean place and very nice people specially Sheila and Lisa from the office, they help us a lot and if we need something fix at our apartment they respond fast and send Luis and let’s not talk about the pool area very clean for the summer time ️️
Very nice place to live Lisa is Great.But they need to get PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE MEN.WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SOMETHING NOT WORKING THE MAINTENANCE MAN ALWAYS HAVE TO COME BACK A SECOND TIME TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
I would say over all it is a good place to live, especially if it’s your first place. If having ceiling lights is a deal breaker for you, forget about this place. You have to supply you’re lighting for the living room and bedroom (at least for a single bedroom). Despite what Ms Bevery says, they are kids that live here. They seem to all live in the same general area so it doesn’t seem to be a problem except for the pool. The pool is nice deepest in town! However people like to swim in street clothes which ruins the filters, this will make the pool go down for a few days. During the summer it is always packed with kids. If you have a problem don’t expect to get a response quickly, the emergency number is a voicemail. I’ve personally had problems water twice now and I still have 6 months left until I move out. Both times the water had dirt in it. The first time the water made garbage smell good it stunk so bad.
I have never lived in an apartment! I contacted Westside Commons and spoke with Beverly Adams the manager. She was very pleasant, friendly and very upbeat! She had an answer for all of my many questions! Made an appointment to meet the following day! Even though it was very busy, she took the time to show us the apartment, and explained all the amenities! I was very pleased with the apartment and the property! I signed a lease which Beverly walked me through and explained everything I was signing! I look forward to being there a long time!
