Parked in the lot and a guy came up and said the pay machine wasn’t working. He said the atm across the street could give me cash to put in the slot. Got back to find a boot on my car. They told me it would cost 150 to get it off. Which i did not have. After finally getting money wired to me, some guy threatened me with a gun to get off the property. I had called the police twice but they said it was private property and couldn’t help me. DO NOT PARK HERE!! Especially if you are female!!

Avoid this lot at all costs. Used Spot Hero to reserve a spot for 24 hours, returned to drop a bag off at the car after 8 hours to find they placed a boot on it. The only lot attendent there told me they couldnt help me as they didnt put on the boot as he walked away from me. Completely ignorant and unresponsive support. I’m sorry, but if you can’t properly manage a parking lot, you probably can’t do much in life. I had to wait 30 minutes for the company’s “boot remover” to show up. This gentlemen provided better response as he was apologetic after seeing I had a valid parking reservation. After speaking with Spot Hero, I learned it is the lot attendants responsibility to monitor license plate numbers for online reservations. They couldn't do that, but they did try to extort 125 from me for boot removal and a daily fee. The lot management company is completely negligent and has staffed their operation with unprofessional invalids. There are other lots nearby with similar parking rates, and more importantly, automated gates that will function more reliably and professionally than the human-backwash staffed here.

Unsafe parking deck. Parked for a meeting, parked over the concrete pillar to allow enough space for others. When going to leave, put in reserve and the entire front end including inside engine was ripped off my car. Went to main building, no one was present, went into equitable building and filed complaint where I was made into the problem. Long story story, a piece of rebar which was placed in spot to hold the pillar was 6 inches above the pillar and formed a fish hook, it grab the under plate of my car and ripped everything out. Over 15,000 worth of damage. The rebar was painted yellow, which means the lot was aware of the safety hazard. Filed complaint with owner and received unprofessional answer of “its your fault.”
