My experience was different than previous reviews. Called them and was quoted 200 for a 4 mile tow. Since I was having trouble finding someone who could tow me right away, I bit. After charging my card they send an authorization form on text which didn't work. They then send me a different request that included a picture of my credit card front AND back. No way. I now have a guy on the way who will do the job for 75 and with a flat bed. Thumbs down on my experience.
This company came out and gave us a tow home after getting into an accident. They helped us within 45 minutes, and they even gave us a lift home. Everything was very affordable for the distance we traveled.
