I parked here for 3 hours on March 4, 2020. It was pouring rain that day, all day! I was fortunate to find a place open. The parking lot attendant could not have been more helpful and friendly. He held his large umbrella over me while I paid at the self-pay kiosk. When I returned he was still there standing in the rain with his large umbrella. I brought him a diet coke and thanked him for his help earlier. He was so appreciative. I asked why he was not provided a booth or some area as protection from the weather. He didn't know. I wish I could identify the owner or manager of this lot and ask him to set up some areas where this kind man could sit down when not busy and also get some relief from the weather. Can you imagine standing up all day in the heat or cold or rain?

Parked here the last time I had to go to the twin towers. Literally everywhere else was full as there was an event going on I didn't know about. The staff at the lot was so friendly and helpful. There were also multiple spots. The rate was a little expensive (think 13 for 6 hours).
