Terrible customer service, extremely rude. They don’t really care to help their customers, they just want your money. Wish I got the name of the guy that I spoke to over the phone.

I am a former employee, he’s never given me any of the tips I’ve made, and he owes me 2 paychecks. Pretty much Jerrad the owner of this business put his employee out of a job and a house. He was given a whole month to pay me just part of my pack check so I didn’t get Evicted. Not only has he still not payed me a dime he also lied and told me they weren’t making any money so when I go to the store to let him know I’m about to get kicked out of my house I check the transaction history because at this point I was still working for him and I see more then enough money being made to pay me and he says “he has no money” . This “man” called This police on another black man 21 years old and told them I was being aggressive and he didn’t know who I was. As a former employee I can tell you that all the screens he uses are fake terrible quality. He has terrible customer service. And with out hesitation he will take ur money and act like it’s a problem on you the customer. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY

This Place must use screens that are incompatible, My iPhone was in better condition before bringing it in., I've now had to Replace my screen twice within two months with them and my Girl Friends iPhone Screen goes black now after getting it fixed here as well.
