Rodent infestation. Don't live here. I thought I lucked out by getting a low-ish priced rent, but after 6 months of living here, I came home to a mouse in my apartment. I informed maintenance and management and they assured me that they looked extensively for holes and sealed them. Less than 2 weeks later, I found 3 mice in my kitchen area, one of which was in my fridge vents. Management was been slow in responding to requests, and overall I'm highly disappointed in the way the situation was handled. I would never live here again.

I have been a vender for 841 Memorial for while and I tell you once you come you're not going to want to leave. They have an all-star staff. They keep there ground in tip top shape! They are mins away from the beltline. trust me you're coming to the right place.
I’ve lived here over a year and enjoyed it very much. The staff is amazing, very nice and willing to work with you when needed. During this pandemic 841 has offered residents rent assistance in multiple forms, including split payments and fee reduction. I do wish we had more assigned guest parking, but there's street parking available so it works out. 841 is located in a great neighborhood, with multiple walking access to restaurants, grocery stores, bars and the beltline. By far this is the best place I’ve lived in the city!
I recently acquired a 2BR here, I loved the look and location. I spoke with a young lady named Aatara; she was extremely helpful and understanding when I called back to update her that I just accepted a job offer in North Carolina. Thank you for all your help. I would recommend this property to anyone whoo ask!
I love living at 841 Memorial Apts. Four years strong! Its convenient to everything happening around the city. Fun is right outside of your door! All within walking and bike riding distance. I feel very safe and secure here in this gates complex. Not to mention,the police cruising the area frequently. It's a small, yet quaint friendly community. My apartment home itself, is very spacious. It has high end features that you would not normally see in an apartment, but in an upscale single family house. I've looked at a ton of other apartments and none of them can compare. Not one! The staff here is very professional and welcoming. They strive to stay connected by planning fun events for us to participate in. I havent had many issues here, but when anything needed fixing or adjusted, the maintenance staff is on it doggone it! They don't hesitate to reach out immediately and come to address the issue the same day. Ronald is truly awesome and he always greets you with a smile and kind words. Lastly, 841 Memorial gets a thumbs up from me!
