I had an appointment today to be evaluated for compression socks. I get there and the lady tells me I have to check in with outpatient. I think that’s a little strange, since I was only there to get some socks, but whatever. I go to outpatient, but I am not on their schedule, and they send me back to the Wellness Place. The lady there insists I have to be in the outpatient schedule, and tells me to go back over there. Really??? I just walked out at that point. I ordered socks online with no evaluation needed...

Donna and David could not have been more helpful or compassionate in assisting my daughter with acquiring a wig. They gave full attention, detailed information about the process and were so kind and accommodating every step of the way. I am very grateful to Northside Hospital for offering this complete level of support for those who will be experiencing medical hair loss (from the consultation and then coloring, styling and fitting).

Formerly A Woman's Place, they have changed their name to accommodate male compression patients. Parking is much easier now that the new parking deck has opened! Very friendly staff, and they know how to fit both bras, mastectomy products and compression.

Very frustrating. Parking is terrible took me 25 min to find parking spot. Then had to spend another 20 min in outpatient registration. All this to get measured for compression stockings!!! A woman's place itself is good but accessibility is a non starter
