AG graciously accommodated six guests for dinner around 9pm last night. Our dinner experience however lacked luster. We patiently waited over an hour to be served dinner, steaks that were underwhelming and overcooked and salads that were missing ingredients, not to mention the lengthy wait to be served cocktails and wine. We understand that during these times in CoVID that running a business can be difficult. We kindly shared our frustration and were met with a ‘dessert’s on the house’ . We didn’t choose to eat dinner at mediocre restaurant, we chose to eat at an upscale restaurant and to pay upscale prices but not to have mediocre service and food. We travel around the world as a team and have eaten such amazing foods and have had amazing dining experiences and it’s unfortunate we couldn’t include this evening as one of those experiences.
