Dion and Brittany at the front desk are absolutely amazing. Even when I’m in pain and really don’t want to be there, they always make me feel welcomed and happy with their contagious, joyful energy! All of the chiropractic doctors are super caring and informative. I love AICA and couldn’t ask for a better place to heal from my car accident! Thank you to the entire team for making my healing process go smoothly.

Front desk receptionists are absolutely a joy, very nice and patient and always extremely helpful. Very genuine care. After my accident, the team in Buckhead treated me so well! Very nice staff from front to back! Loves the therapists and the doctors! Front desk ladies are super nice to finding the time that works out for you best! Best of all, it was a great experience overall!
I was in a pretty gnarly car accident in December. Immediately afterwards I went to Piedmont Urgent Care, and they referred me down the road to AICA Orthopedics. After making an appointment over the phone, I was seen for a full evaluation the same day. Everyone here has been exceptionally kind, and there is little to no wait time for appointments, making the otherwise painful experience much less stressful! Highly recommend.
First let me say that great patient service is sometimes rare. The moment I walked in I felt like I was at home. The two young ladies in the front (Brittney and Deion) are wonderful with their front desk service. They greet with a smile and show that they really care. The therapy girls are awesome and make sure I’m at comfort. Without a great staff..a company cannot be great. Thanks for all your hard work!!!
