The units and view speak for themselves, but really enjoy the complex itself! Everything from the well kept common space and pool to the concierge staff is next level. I have lived several places, but the people here really do an amazing job and are very helpful. Whether it is the concierge Kelly noticing i am coming in will full hands and opening the door and grabbing the elevator for me or the staff Drew and Martha in the leasing office, i would rent anything from these guys!

I have lived at Alexan on 8th for a few years and I LOVE this place. I recently transferred to a 2BR and Ty was awesome and thorough with my transfer. The customer service was 5 Star. I love my new place and I definitely have the best view in the city.

This community is beautiful! Amazing location lots of restaurants right downstairs or a few minutes walk away. Amenities are unmatched!!! I toured with Drew and he was very informative and kind. We ran into Dulla the maintenance supervisor who was extremely welcoming and you can tell he loves his job and cares about all residents!

Alexan on 8th was definitely at the top of my list, but I won't be looking any further! Not only is the location right in the heart of midtown but the amenities and views are gorgeous. The entire staff is so helpful and generous. I know this community will provide an exceptional living experience and I can't wait to move in!

Wow! This apartment complex is amazing. Really spacious and modern apartments at reasonable prices. Leila from the leasing office has been absolutely AMAZING to work with. Such amazing, patient, hardworking staff that has made my apartment hunting process go super smoothly. They also respond in a super timely manner which I appreciate a ton. Recommend to anyone who wants to live in the midtown area.
