ALL WRONG INFORMATION AND THE TRANSFER OF SERVICE NEVER ACTUALLY GOT SENT TO MY LOCAL PROVIDER, whom I was supposedly having to wait for 1 week for a tech to show up.... That would have been wonderful, a few days before the holidays, no internet in the new house. Or at least until I discover that no transfer was ever entered and as soon as I did it myself, all I had to do was plug in my router AND WAIT FOR NO ONE! AND I DID FORWARD THIS ON TO MY UTILITY COMPANY'S PR DEPT.

The sales man completely lied to me. I told him I would like an email of the prices so I can have a hard copy to go over with my boyfriend. I SPECIFICALLY asked him if I was going to have accounts or be charged for anything he said NO. Next thing you know I’m getting emails saying confirmation of my orders. I have to call each one and cancel before I get billed. Unbelievable.
If i could give a negative i would i called Ga power to transfer service over they asked of i had other service i said yes they transferred me to all contact only to find out they have to create another account charge a deposit now this is only to transfer so this i a no go i new it was fishy as soon as they said deposit.... For what i have service just transfer it so my advice to anyone moving trasnfer by calling the source dont go through a 3rd party compnay like this o and fyi im not coming out of pocket sense i called comcast and transferred service ...to the all connect people this isnt right trying to get over on people digging in their pocket deeper after they already paid for service
