Boy! I’m going to be honest. I’m not sure how this company stays in business. I provide work for them as a vendor and they NEVER answer the phones. I can only imagine how difficult it is for others. I’m so disappointed.

I do not recommend dealing with this company and or HUBZU which is owned by Altisource. They are trying to keep our Earnest Money and we have had to retain an attorney even though our contract was contingent upon financing. From experience stay away from both of these companies at all costs.

Dealing with Michael and Kelly in the Plano office has been the worst experience in over 700 transactions my firm has done. Complete recklessness. That office is a complete train wreck. Almost comical how awful it was. Waited over 10 days for an email response. Then once a CTC was reached, waited over 5 business days for an email. We aren't talking about detailed responses that were required in those wait times. Unable to be reached on the phone despite confirmation that calls will be returned within 2 hours. Wrote the buyers agent check to an obscure company that wasn't involved in the transaction. Lender sent docs 5 times, I sent my docs 3 times. Pathetic and awful customer experience.

This was the worse closing experience I’ve had in all the 28 yrs I’ve been in real estate. It's understandable if the closer (Kelly Caskey in the Plano, TX office) was new, but she claimed to have 20 years experience. While in the mortgage business and as a commercial realtor I've closed over 1,700 transactions. Even the rookies I’ve dealt with in past haven’t fumbled the ball like this. We missed the closing date by 4 weeks. It was unbelievable how many times we had to ask Kelly for information & how many times she or somebody on her team would ask for info we had already sent her. She would go several days without responding to emails or calls. If I knew it wouldn’t fall on deaf ears, I’d send a complaint to somebody. I'm not one to post complaints like this but I hope my comments help somebody time & future headaches.

Excellent service and communication throughout the transaction. I especially enjoyed working with R. Kumar. Overall, great experience!
