Speaking from a clinicians opinion, one of my patients went here for an MRI. We usually direct them to the facility of our choice, and I have never heard of this place before, so I'm assuming the patient asked our staff if she could go here instead. When I got a copy of the disc of her images, I can say that this is the worst study I have ever seen. The images are blurred, the entire abdomen was not imaged (which if you are paying for an MRI of the abdomen, this is a ripoff), and identifying writing on the side takes up so much space that it obscures the images . The viewer that they use on the disc is unorganized and you go continuously from one view to another. It is so bad I am tempted to have my patient have it repeated at a better facility, but I don't want her to pay the extra expense! My advice is to go wherever you doctor wants you to go, because they know the radiologists personally and they know their work.

The accounting abilities of this organization is absolutely the worst of any company my family and I have ever dealt with. Fortunately we have primary and secondary insurances. When they were given the secondary insurance they absolutely told us a falsehood about how CHAMPVA works. Now as a deductible we are out more than 1,000 out of pocket. At this point it has been 2 months and no one at American Imaging has not bothered to submit a request for payment leaving us out our 1,000 dollars.

0 stars. I had an image on the 14th of March. Let's start at the beginning! I was scheduled for the 8th and was continuously rescheduled due to my benefits and they wanted to make sure it was applied to my deductible. Finally i was given the OK about the image and that my insurance had approved the procedure. I went in paid the 500.00 that I was told 3 times that it would be applied to my annual deductible. Come to find out that this claim was entered as a in office visit and my insurance paid the entire bill but they still have my money and they don't want to give me an eta of when I will have my funds back . Debrah stated she doesn't know and acted as if I did the wrong thing and they did nothing wrong and everything on their end was correct. I have surgery in a few days and I don't even know if that will be possible because they are holding my funds hostage
