Yesterday I purchased a bottle of wine and when I opened it, the cork had started to rot and the wine tasted horrible. So I walked back to the store with the bottle and the cashier refused to let me switch the bottle out or return it and said it was against the law. I looked up the law in GA and you are absolutely allowed to return spoiled wine. Horrible customer service and he offered no resolution. As a wine shop, you should have better customer service and honor returns on spoiled wine!

Went to Ansley for help with my wedding's bar. Not only did they get me extremely quality libations for really good prices, they also made several very good suggestions and provided a ton of insight. They worked with me to make it a really wonderful experience. I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough.

Lack of customer service. Dude with beard literally looked me down as if I were a criminal. I don't like that in 2021.
