Worst insurance company to have. Their reps are no help at all and are very condescending. They lack insurance knowledge, they just read off the scripts given, and laugh at you when you ask questions about the plan. Hold times are ridiculous, and they will purposely hang up on you pretending they are looking up the information you are needing. There is never a supervisor available to speak to. Clearly they don’t enjoy what they do or are under paid, whatever the case, they throw it at the customers and do not show any professionalism. The off shore accounts are even way worse that I don’t have words to describe their customer service.

DONT EVER EVER EVER GET ANTHEM!!! THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES AND IT TAKES 20 MINUTES TO ANSWER ONE QUESTION THAT NO ONE KNOWS THE ANSWER TO. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF MY PLAN COVERS STI TESTING OH MY FREAKING GOD. THREE 20 MINUTE CALLS AND I STILL DONT HAVE AN ANSWER!!!!!!
Have a big Paid parking behind the building! But bit costly though. There is another parking in the next right which is cheaper for a day!
