Avoid the 24 hour loan service line, it can be a dead end with an endless hold line. I got ahold of a person and got qualified quickly for a car loan, a car loan no one else would make because it is for a right hand drive import. My mistake was not getting a direct number at that time. This is key! Once I was ready to pick up my vehicle I was unable to get a hold of anyone to get my loan paperwork ahead of time, so that I could see what my monthly payments, APR, ect would look like. GET A DIRECT NUMBER!

LaTesha Harpe in the loan department is rude and unresponsive. Ive been member of APCU for over 20 years and I soon as I refinance with another bank I'm taking my savings from apcu and moving to another credit union. I also left a message for Mike in the mortgage dept over 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear anything back. Terrible.
