I was treated by Maryellen and she is an amazing injector . Very natural and highly skilled. She made sure I was comfortable and I actually did not feel a thing. She has such a great personality that makes you feel at ease. I have been injected by a few people and I can honestly say I would fly to Atlanta to see her again!

The gestalt of this medspa is in their name, "Artisan Beaute." Every single aesthetician I've met at Artisan Beaute is just that, a true artist. They are devoted to natural looking enhancements. Don't come here looking for duck lips because they won't do it! And they carry my two favorite products which are soooo hard to find: Augustinus Bader and Biologique Recherche. Love Artisan Beaute!

I am beyond impressed with Maryellen Bishop and Artisan Beaute. Maryellen delivers natural, yet substantial results. She is the most knowledgeable injector that I have ever visited and can make a little go a long way. She always makes me feel comfortable with the treatment plan, and I can always trust that I am in the best hands. Run, don’t walk, to this stunning office and outstanding injector. I came to Atlanta for a visit and was very excited to get a custom Biologique Recherche Facial from Kim. It was such an awesome experience, I left with my skin glowing. Kim is such a great experienced esthetician who asked about my skin concerns and customized the facial for me. It was so relaxing. All the staff was welcoming and kind. I heard the space was beautiful so I arrived early just to take time to look at the art.
I've been seeing Lauren Bays regularly for almost ten years and she's hands down the best aesthetician in Atlanta! She's kind, thoughtful, curious and funny. She's totally current on the best products and treatments and shares what's she found and learned. Plus she listens to what you want and how you want to look then only recommends the services and products you actually need.
I visited Artisan for a facial and purchased some skincare products afterwards. It’s a beautiful space! After three days of using the recommended products, my skin had a major reaction. I called Artisan to speak with my facialist to get her thoughts and to see if I could swap out the products for something else. I didn’t ask for or want my money back. The girl at concierge asked me to email the facialist with details and pictures so I did that day. After three days with no returned call or email, I was in the area doing some shopping so I popped in with my products. The concierge advised that my facialist was not in but that the doctor was and asked her to come out and speak with me. The doctor expressed disbelief that I had such a reaction from the products (despite showing her pictures and explaining I had used the products exclusively and nothing else caused the reaction). She said “You can’t go into Saks and get your money back if you don’t like something.” Well, it’s not that I didn’t like it—I had a reaction wherein my skin turned bright red, broke out and became extremely dry. And I wasn’t asking for my money back—simply to try something else in exchange. She did end up swapping out one of my three original products for which I was grateful. But I must say I am disappointed in my interaction with her as well as receiving no follow up from the facialist (even now, a week later). ***Update to original review I returned to Artisan today for a facial and saw Bisma. She listened to my concerns and was careful to only use products that would not cause another reaction. I had a wonderful facial and left with my skin feeling plumped and moisturized. Bisma is so kind and is super knowledgeable about all things skincare. Ariana at concierge is also wonderful.
