THE WORST. I ordered a 2 piece couch in October and was told it would be delivered within two weeks. A month later, only two of the pieces showed up. Four days later, the third piece showed up, but the wrong piece. It The salesperson at this store ordered the wrong one and they tried to tell me I am the one who ordered wrong. I refused the piece upon delivery. I went to the store and spoke with a manager, who was apologetic, and reassured me that they would handle this expeditiously. I was told again that the correct piece would be delivered within two weeks. It is now almost ANOTHER month later and I have yet to get any update and the rest of my couch. Obviously I WANT MY COUCH and am highly dissatisfied with this company and service. I recommend anyone and everyone to shop elsewhere.

This is the worst business I have done business with. And Nissan. I purchased a few furniture items and they messed up every single item. Delivered incorrect items, didn’t deliver on time. Delivered to the wrong address. I had to contact them at least 30 times for this one order. Via chat and phone calls. Rude and unhelpful customer service. I will never purchase anything from them ever again and everyone I know will be advise against it as well.

We worked with Eric who assured us our furniture would be delivered on a certain date, which is why we placed the order and went forward with the purchase. Only to find out he was only after the business it seems, as apparently our delivery was actually scheduled for an entire month after when he said it would be delivered. Very disappointed with Ashley and their sales reps.
I've sent a long line of messages to the different emails and phone numbers I've found (both from online and in-person sources). I've been trying to return this mattress and foundation I purchased online for MONTHS!! August 27, 2020 was the delivery date....well that was the first delivery date I was given anyway. I would be told 2 more times that the delivery date had moved, but only after I waited all day for them to arrive. It took so long to deliver, over 2 weeks, that I just ordered something from amazon so that my nephew would have something to sleep on when he got here. Since then, I've tried every route I can think of, even showing up in person to the nearest store to return the mattress and foundation. NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES. At least the employees at the physical location gave me a phone number and email to try....neither of which replied. But, the store refused to take the mattress back or help me load or unload it from my car. They watched me heft the giant, heavy box from my tiny 2-door car. Then they refused to take it back and watched me heft it back out to my car and bungee it back on to my roof. This was after I tried SO MANY TIMES to contact someone from AHS to come pick the items back up from my house. I've now been trying to return these items and get my money back FOR MONTHS. It's truly been one of the most frustrating and disappointing and fruitless purchases I've ever made. Don't effing bother....they'll just waste your time and money.
