The Atlanta Audio & Automation helped install a multiple zone solution in our corporate training facility. We needed the install to happen in a very short window over the year end holiday season. They were more than responsive and designed and installed a Control4 system. We enjoyed the experience so much that we had them come back out and install additional zones and speakers in other areas. I would recommend Atlanta Audio & Automation to anyone looking for a professional group with experienced management and installers.

I reached Rob W and he scheduled his visit quickly. Got a quote to me quickly. Scheduled the items we agreed on to be done. Arrived on time. Did the work, cleaned up, we’re polite. A couple of items couldn’t be completed, and Rob came back out with his team in 2 days to make sure the items were addressed. Everything about the experience was professional and quality. Highly recommend AAA.

UPDATED REVIEW Written on July 3rd: Rod did end up calling us back and coming out to view our home. I appreciate him also trying to make us happy by listening to all of our concerns. He was very professional and gave us our quote for security and tv /setup in a prompt manner. I am glad that we are able resolve any prior issues or questions I had about doing business with Atlanta Audio and Automation. I hope to do business with this company in the near future. WRITTEN JUNE 25TH: I hate to give one star..but I am giving it strictly off of customer service. My husband and I went here to the Old Milton location and met with Rod who was a very nice guy and quite knowledgeable. We decided that we did want to go with this company..so we called to have him come out and give us a price quote on security and tv/audio set up. When we called.. he told us he was busy and would get back to us. For 3 days we called twice and sent him 2 text messages.. he responded finally with I am in a meeting and will get back to you and he never did. This sucks because we were hoping to use them based on the wonderful reviews.. but if you can't even call us back.. it makes me wonder if the same service would be this way if we have a security issue or any question for that matter! Unfortunately we will not be using this company or recommending them to anyone.
