Mike Summerz is my Ig Name ..Real Name Michael B ...i was having a hard time and was down on my luck got in to an accident ...pior to this i was working an contruction job and just moved to Atl and had to cash my checks so i went to ACC ..now fast forward to the accident ..and losing my wallet and all ..so i was starting to get checks but could not cash them ...no id ..no service...through desperation i started looking for checking spots and When ACC popped up i forgot i used them when i first moved here...so i called them and told them my problem ..they told me not to worry and come on down ...once i got there ...they still had my id nd second form id with my photo and info on file .. The ladie with the Short Cut and And Another women were so pleasant and Professional ...i definitely appreciate there service

The service is great! They have good hospitality and showmanship. They don't hesitate to help or ask if they can assist.
Im just curious why be open? If you arent going to help anyone. I get no effort to try and cash my check just that i have to come back in the morning and get it verified. Like what if i need the money to get home or worst my kids something to eat. Verifying a check should be simple for a check cashing place. But instead not just myself but another young man got told the same after the teller tried to call a number. Why are we being put on hold. Why do we have to jump through so many rings just to get money we already worked for. I really don't understand and its really sicking to deal with this everytime i try to cash my checks.
The staff were friendly but they charged me 9 to use a bank card for a 400 money order. It was listed on the fee schedule sheet as \ATM withdrawal fee\ even though I never got any cash out. What kind of shady establishment punishes you for using a debit card? Clark Howard would have an aneurysm!
