Bryan is the best!!! He has been giving my 5 year old private karate lessons. I am so impressed with his teaching. He is patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable about all different styles of martial arts. What really impresses me is how he intently listens to what my son is interested in and expands on it in the lesson. Bryan sees kids as unique individuals and that fact alone sets him apart from other karate studios. 5 stars for Bryan and Atlanta Kick!

Great kickboxing class. They did great at keeping the class size small and spaced out After 3 weeks, I honestly think this place is awesome. The strength, burn and kickboxing classes are all great. Awesome instructors who keep in mind scaling back workouts for beginners and focus on helping you build up your fitness levels. They also make sure the classes are spread out and disinfect everything right after the class. Very good balance for someone who hates working out at home but is also worried about going to gyms in the pandemic.

I’ve been very impressed with this program. My 8 year old daughter has been going here for over a month and just loves it. I love that they talk about difficult, every day items such as bullying, patience, respect, etc and make it fun too. Sometimes we sign her up for things and after a few classes she has had enough, but in this case, she just wants to go more. The teachers are kind, attentive and fun. Great job!
